Carl Moore
Carl Moore, has loved drawing since he was a child. He hadn't always thought to make a living with his artwork until he landed his first paying cartoon gig. He was to create cartoon filled pamphlets and visual aid guides for the Peace Corps in Santiago Chile. Ever since then, he had decided to continue to create cartoons for a living. He is the creators of the nationally syndicated cartoon, State of the Union.
