Phil Lucas
Phil Lucas pursued was the editor for the University of South Florida school paper. His started his career at the St. Petersburg Times, worked for the Orlando Sentinel, was managing editor of the Albany Herald, was editor/publisher of the Opelika-Auburn News, executive editor of the Rome News-Tribune, and executive editor of the Panama City News Herald before leveraging his 35 years of newspaper experience towards building the Bullet.
